Well does anyone participate on these legitimate scams?? where you spend a one off fee of £3?? You need a big mailing list tho for one email

I saw a very good one today, the theory behind it is excellent and seemingly foolproof.

Was just wondering how many FUMBBL'ers actively participate in these things??

Thanks

Just remember, "there are no free lunches"

Just say no and drop it.
Either they scam you and you lose your money, and if you are _lucky_ you scam someone else and get some money back. Neither of those options seems good to me.

*Not that I know what particular things you are talking about*

I kinda agree with bruno , either you get ripped off or you rip off someone else , either way you go to hell and burn

I don't think may of us fumbblers are the kind of people gettin scammed. It just doesn't fit into picture: Bunch of nerdies playing with their java client against an opponent they will probably never meet and who has the same kind of java client, only reverse. Hmmm...

If YOU send ME only 1 e, I will tell YOU how You can win every game YOU play!

Amazing offer, only 1 e!

Try now!

I've actually almost lost two of my friends because of a pyramid scheme. They tried to get me into the scheme, and when I told them what I thought about the scheme and the fact that they had tried to use my trust in them as a friend things got pretty tense. Fortunately they stopped with the whole thing soon after our talk. The sad thing is that so many people still think there are "free lunches". So, listen to Bruno and nazerdemus...

> legitimate scams??

Oximoron. Smile

Actually you can make money doing these. I had a math word problem once that was figuring out how much you could make off one of these if only 30-40% of the people that got the letter participated. From what I remember you would still get few tens of thousands US dollars out of it.

But, I don't know that you can call something legitimate when it is illegal (at least here in the states). You can get jail time for participating, although it is less likely unless you are one of the people that actually collects a large amount of money.

yer and its pretty unfair to all those gumps that sign up and lose money. In fairness id rather earn my own money, even if it is a LOT less! SmileSmile, rather than "steal" it off someone who knows no better.
