Seems like the two skills don't interact too well. I've repeatedly used a pro roll on a failed hypnotise, then had the pro succeed, the new hypnotise roll succeed and get back a fail result.
Would it be possible to ask for a confirm on the stand firm skill. I believe you should have the option of letting yourself get pushed back.

Yes, you are allowed the choice not to use Stand Firm if you don't want to in Tabletop game. |

I fixed the hypnotic gaze and pro problem. I had the reroll results backwards. If you rerolled a success you failed, if you rerolled a failure you succeeded.
I dunno about the stand firm confirm. That would be a LOT of unnecessary confirms. Maybe I'll think about adding one only if it is a pushed results and not a knocked over results. |

Yeah it would be a lot. But if you are going to do it do it for all. As sometimes you want to get knoced out of the fouling circle. |

Unneccessary is in the eye of the beholder, and as such, you might want to give us a clickable pre-game option of "confirm standfirm." Some people would check it, most would leave it blank.
In that same vein, i'd love an option "apoth ask stun" and "apoth ask ko" so if i'm playing a match that means something, i can be asked in those cases...now, most people would leave ask about stun unchecked, but to have it as an option would be great.

In Magic Online there are 'checkboxes' to uncheck if you want the game to ask you for certain things. If they are checked the program assumes 'Yes' (or 'No' of thats more appropriate for the question at hand).
These kind of checkboxes could be used for:
"Ask for usage of Stand-Firm on pushback?"
"Ask for usage of apot. om KO?"
...and many others.
This would allow me to uncheck this for a critical turn and check it automaticly answer like the predefined default behavior.
The drawback I see is that the screen is full, there are no room for checkboxes... Or maybe there can be som kind of popup, drop-down menu??? |
