I apologize in advance if this has been gone over, but I can't find any reference to it. Does a player with passblock who opts to use the skill have to move the full three squares? Can they stop after 1 or 2 move?

They can stop any time. Click on them to end like you would a normal move.
And apology accepted |

Yes they can. As long as they are in line to intercept the pass or standing next to either passer or reciever at the end of their move. |

To be technical, you can stop after 1 or 2, but unless this acutally puts you in INT range, or in the thrower/catcher's TZ, you really shouldn't...
In other words, you shouldn't just use passblock to get into a favorable position to assist or make a block next turn that is unrelated to the pass action - although the client will let you. |

So is that abusing a FUMBBL glitch?
Like the Vampire OFAB scoring thing. You can be banned for cheating with OFAB, why not passblock? |

Well me too.... But the tree is always alone on the LOS and most passes would be close to him.... Let's just hope my opp had read my roster to close tho....
It would be quite funny to have the top Intercepting tree on fumbbl =) |

It's a question that has come up before and every time it's been made clear that this is violation of the rules. The OFAB scoring thing is a so-called "feature" while the Pass Block is not.
I might find a link to another thread. Or perhaps someone else will. *wink* *wink* |

While I'd give a tree some other skill, if you do it for mobility's sake, make sure he has break tackle, as being on the LoS he'll likely have a TZ or three on him. |
