This is the tournament thread for the last tournaments of Season One of Grudge League: Languille High Tower and Mootland Motivational. More info will be added later on. |

Mootland Motivational has begun! Here's the tourney page:

Tournament format: 5 rounds of Round Robin (4 divs), then top 4 playoffs (div winners). This was the easiest way to make the pairings for 24 teams. Personally, I would have loved to have top 8 instead but my army practise beginning in July means that time is a limited resource.
Tournament coord (all matches): Karhumies
Round 1 redline: between Thursday 27th and Friday 28th April, 12 pm FUMBBL time
Round 1 deadline: between Thursday 4th and Friday 5th May, 12 pm FUMBBL time
New round redlines and deadlines will be updated into the Mootland page. Check it frequently. |

<b>GL - Mootland - Round 2 redline/deadline dates</b>
On Mootland round 1, three matches were not finished on deadline. Here's what happened:
Hairyfeet div: Hogglas's opponent had been 15d inactive. Hogglas got +7 points and his opponent was replaced with a Filler team which will not be replaced. This means that all 4 remaining teams in Hairyfeet div will each get a free win (+7 tourney points) once during the preliminary rounds.
Strongbranch div: One of the coaches was claimed to be inactive but as both had been online recently and neither had sent a redline message on time, both received 0 points (game not finished until deadline). Automatic time extension on round 1 saved them both from getting a negative score.
Pipeweed div: Most unfortunate timezone difficulties. However, the redline message was received from BOTH coaches. Because game was not finished until deadline, both coaches received 0 points.
New dates:

Drud: tallying the points on Deadline dates only will be sufficient from now on. I found that's an easier method for everyone involved. |

Languille - Sanned River div - round 2 is a GO!
Drud (division Coord) is nowhere to be seen. Therefore, I have now manually kicked in the second round during his absence.
Redline/deadline dates and the new division Coord will be announced ASAP as a group PM. Feel free to plan and play your round 2 matches in the meanwhile!!
Forfeit results:
Jacks (Drud) 0 points - redline message sent on time - If Jacks will forfeit their second match in a row, they will be kicked out from the tournament!
Gork and Mork Servants (sk8bcn) +7 points - opponent did not even log in to FUMBBL during the last 7 days
Moonlight Stalkers (dr_scitt) +7 points - according to special replacement rule of round 1
