Dominant World Order

Have rolled into town with what I hope to be a relatively fresh concept!

Basically the DWO are all players with grudges or goals in Blood Bowl life and have decided to band together to settle these! Some are opportunistic assasins, some totally insane and their goals range from the simple to the outright impossible.

In game I will try to roleplay to each and every player's character, with a close eye on being successful, and I plan to write fluffy match reports in order to keep things updated.

Once a player dies he will be replaced by a remarkably similarily looking new player with the same goals, nigglers will not be retired until they have reached ALL of their goals. Even then I might give them more goals!

So basically I am just warning people about it and putting this out there for people to see and give me their initial opinions on.

I will also happily consider any reasonably fluffy goals you might think up for players or team!

In good spirit, I'd start a league with teams based on fluffly ideas. It makes the stories much better if you have two sides of the story to base it from.

I'd like to play you - gotta see if I have any teams that aren't tied to tournaments right now

It does seem it would be better if you could get a few more guys to make similar teams

I Love this idea!

I'm really looking forward to reading your 1st match report.

Will you mark a player completing each/all his goals in some way?

of course, ill find myself a little tick image for each one. And will upgrade the goals as people pass the lesser ones (ie 1 Td becomes 3 Tds, etc)

I'll also keep counters on the more characteristic goals, like Kaiowas' skaven killing

um... I do like the Idea, but for Role-PLaying team aren't the names kind of.... non-Warhammer?

I like the idea.
You should add a link to the yearbook, so all player bios could be shown at once.

The names are non-Warhammer yup BUT they are their wrestling ring names, also a name is only one part.

Plus I have no idea how to d a year book!

first game played and won 2-0 over a stronger pro elves team that just didnt have the luck, 2-0 and 3 casualties which leaves the team in an ok position but uncharateristically the gargantuan Donny Diamond has just got a ST drop! how predictable, and he was on illegal strength pumping drugs due to a handicap!

Second not so good match

The DWO got a lesson from these woodies, a lesson in how a ball scatters nicely if you have long pointy ears. I think I need to look at my defensive playbook against agile, fast teams
