Both myself and my opponent have uploaded our results, but we are still at the yellow circle with the 'W' in it.
When we try to upload the result again it simply says it has already received the result and it is being processed.
The match was House of Rest vs Kislev Underground or HousvsKisl.zip
Never happened before, what do I do?

It's a known problem and won't be fixed in the near future. The proper procedure is to contact your nearest admin and we'll help you out.
