After certain players get more talented they surely want to play in real teams and some coaches will hear about them and come robbing our loved talented players to Real Teams.
There is couple ways to implement this to Peasant Bowl to keep the spirit and its your votes which will decide which way we will go.
Heres some possible ways.
I hope that only Peasant Bowl coaches and those who think that they might want to join PP later would vote. |

I have an other options:
I say after 3 skill rolls: he joins a Real Team, not Assistant coaches.
Niggling is part of the game, "Sorry guys, my knee hurts, so I can't play today" or "ehmm, you know, my wife, you know, sorry maybe next game" |

Ok, its now official. After it seems that all PB coaches and that one potential have voted, the new rule will be:
After player gets his third skill, you must retire him as he joins some Real Team. This also means that you cannot hire him as assistant coach cause he just simply aint there anymore. So no player with 3 skills will ever field the PB field... |
