What to do if you want to apply:

Please check that you meet any one of the basic entry criteria. This is an English-speaking, UK time zone league, so coaches wanting to join should be either:
a) British Isles residents;
b) citizens of the British Isles living abroad but within two time zones of UK/Irish time;
c) any English-speaking coach within two time zones of UK/Irish time whose own country does not have its own national league.

If you fit into any of those categories, send me a quick PM and I will add you to the Reserve list.

(If you don't fit into any of those categories, there is very probably a national scheduled league somewhere closer to you (and one which is far more established than this one!). We are hoping to set up some kind of mutual advertising scheme with these leagues in the future, but for now, check the Groups page.)

Also, new coaches are strongly encouraged to join the WIL Fringe Tournament, run by coach spubbbba. The Fringe is (for want of a better description) where we test out coaches for reliability in a league structure, and is also a whole lot of fun in it's own right! Increasingly the Fringe is becoming the way into the league, and your application to the WIL will be given strong preference if you are a Fringe member.

The Fringe is always recruiting, so sign up NOW!!

Rijs you already got your TR trim in the FA cup!

Count your blessings that you are missing a season in the prem that includes 2 chaos dwarves, 1 dwarf, 1 lizardman and skaven and norse teams with 3 DP each. If pandapower thinks he's going to have a team after this season, he's very much mistaken. Enjoy a nice build-up season in the conferences where you might even get to play purplegoo's soft necro, and then you're right back in the prem again.

Hey, don't look now, but we might have two Puppies next game. It's been ooooh, about six months and many fouls since I last said that! Very Happy

Yarp - you can put them on hiatus as long as you don't play games outside of the group.

Prospective Coaches, this is a wonderful fluff filled league to be a part of! All opponents put on a good show and we rarely have to forfeit games due to no shows due to the same timezone requirements.

Seriously if you are looking for a fun, fast paced league with good, friendly coaches to be a part of you can't go wrong with WIL!

what do you need revenge for? you already won the league.

My dirtiest player is named panda bear and he's got some of your players' names under his boots... hope you survive the FA cup intact enough to get ravaged in the premier league!

Ok - so how many players do we think I'll end with this season? My money's on 7 clear non-injured players!
