i found many sound effects that would be great for the client. unfotunatelly because of bit rate they do not work. do u know how these sounds can be modified to be suitable for the client? |

Get yourself a decent audio-editor, open the file in it, and save it with another resolution. I myself run Linux so I'm not sure witch editors will allow you to do this in Windows (if you run Windows). I'm pretty sure Adobe audition will do the trick though.
Audacity is an open source program (Free, as in free beer!!), witch will also allow you to change the bit-rate of an audio sample.

Under Edit - Preferences - Quality... That should be what you are looking for. I think. I haven't tried it out myself. Hope this helps. |
