Grand Prix XI is over. My Humans, just barely Heavyweights, came up against Smeat and his Delves who were pushing the upper limit of the weight class. Luckily, we had Morg and a wizard as our cornermen, and a couple of ring girls cheering us on. It came down to the wire, but we just managed to save it from going to the judges for a decision in the closing seconds of the 3rd round.
Thanks to Smeat for a tough and entertaining match (and to his Delves for being uncharacteristically un-elfy at several key moments). |
