So my opponent accepted a game, but then never joined. He's over an hour late now. I can't seem to start new games with that team.

I've scoured the help and the forum, but I've not found what I had to do. Any tips?

Hasn't played many games, so maybe a problem with servers/internet connection.

Same procedure as DC's. If no response to PM's (and I'm guessing that because they seem to have a few matches locked up like this), report it using DC procedure and it'll probably get unscheduled.
