Not sure it was ever in print. From what I recall they were in the play test document for LRB 6 and approved by the BB Rules Committee. However when it came time to publish LRB 6 GW said 'no' and there was a big ta-do that ended up with CRP being released.
Slann are an emotive subject. I am quite happy to see them go even if it does mean retiring a few teams. Given how leap has been changed I am not a fan of the NAF roster for Slann. To me it is a "fan created" roster and should not be in the competitive division. |
