Newbie question: My opponent has disappeared at 0-0, turn 5 with me on the line and all his players prone. What exactly do I do here? he's not logged out of the game. |

wait 15 minutes at least, then take a screenshot of the client and upload it in your gallery. then you can copy the uploaded url image to admins through Help -> Support
they will reach you both |

You should send a ticket (under 'help' then 'support') and explain the circumstances. Might be your oppo had a genuine real life prob, but either way they will sort it for you and award a concession should it turn out otherwise.

Luckily it doesn't happen often, but in the few instances where an opponent disappeared it has never been in s situation where they were winning |
