This has got to be the most exciting match ever. Unfortunately you'll only be able to see the 2nd half. I can only imagine what we might have missed. You'll see some of the most brilliant coaching I've ever seen. I'm not sure if I should share these fantastic defensive tips with all of you. I'd probably be better off if I kept them all to myself. But I'm feeling generous, so, take a peek, I can't recommend it enough.

Isn't that a prime match?
One suitable for the hall of shame, er, the hall of fame perchance. |

Two ways this can happen:
1. Red really really really suck at Blood Bowl.
2. The match is set up to give Blue spp.
Considering the teams match record I'd go for 2... |

Obviously... Why isn't Blue's team blocked / deleted yet? |

red team doesnt seem to know there is a ball in play let alone a whole opposing team!
maybe the red´s coach is blind?
maybe he was just lucky getting the match started correctly with a little help from his mom or 5 yr old brother?

This match report and the coaches were referred to the admin last week. The coaches have had sanctions placed against them. Only the Admins can see if coaches have been banned or not (I can't see if they are banned or not either as a Team Approver).
The teams are probably not retired as they can't be used anyway since the coach account is suspended/banned. I think the teams should be retired anyway so they don't sit in various tables (like rankings, best win % etc).

Whatever game you are on Internet, you will always find this kind of f..... Player
The only purpose for a "c.h.e.a.t.e.r" is not to be the best in Bloodbowl. It is only to show that they more clever than you. If you ban them, they will find a new way to cheat and come back in order to break the rules.
We should provide a list of anti-cheat :
a soft which checks:
- IP of the clients are not the same.
- IP of the coachs are not the same.
- Score too high in a game/range of game.
- CS too high in a game/rangg of game.
-...
but this can take time to develop.

the only problem with Ips is they wont nessercarily be constant anyway as most ISP's use floating ips that change each time, this makes it hard to know if someone is multi account or just 2 AOL users on at different times, add to that the fact somes a game goes a bit off

there a game i played, if not for mild bad luck i could have scored a hell of a lot more, now how do you diff between sucicidng teams and an example like this where luck gave a team a kicking |

That would be a good idea, but what about when 2 people are playing behind the same firewall, which is seen as 1 ip address. The IP addresses behind the FW are ofcourse different. Because I've played with for example with Janzki, from behind the same FW.
Well, there atleast the scores went either way, as did casualties.
But other than that, cheaters suck. Only one thing is certain about them. They'll always be around, all we can do is make things a little more difficult for them, but usually that makes things a bit more difficult for the normal users also. But that's the price you pay. |

the idea behind the soft/script cheking such a criterias is not to ban directly.
It is just to highlight teams/coachs which are susceptibles of cheating.
if your name is coming frenquently in the list. Admin/People can check the validity/honesty of the coach.
but always the same time, time, time to do it. I can understand than responsible have better things to do: for exemple playing .....

As I would *hope* you all already know, any acusations of cheating need to be brought to an admin, not a public forum. This matter was dealt with almost two weeks ago and both coaches involved are blocked. |
