On the tournament page, five of the UI qualifiers say they already have winners. Is this because the tournament has already started or because they are from last year?

The real question for this UI is whether high elves will screen for dark elves better this time. I mean, they've snuck in disguised as high elves and won for the last two times. Time for DE to move to the dark side of the roster perhaps? And to fit with the dark/light, move dwarfs to the light side (mixes it up just a bit more from the bashy/agile split except for skaven and joke teams that there was before).

There are no joke teams. All BB races are similarly serious.

The UI will start in early April. We will announce it one week before it starts to give you coaches plenty of time to apply.
