Welcome to the hottest series of tournaments here on FUMBBL. The FUMBBL Tour combines the best elements of long term on-going competition with the thrill and excitement of a KO-cup. At the moment, dozens of coaches have already applied to join the race for the title but there can only be one champion in the end. Six events will pit the contestants against each other: Each time you will see the best fighting the best in the primary division in an effort to knock each other out of the race. At the same time, those who had fallen back play each other in order to leap back to the top, taking huge amounts of points on top of a tourney title.
Each week you will see the updated table of the Tour Scores below in this thread. To be listed, you need to have at least one point per started tour-event. Read commentaries, predictions, news and posts of the coaches competing for the title to stay up to date on the who`s who of FUMBBLs longest running event.

2010, February 17th:
There are not even 11 hours before the applications for the first event of the Tour 2010 closes and boy - the lists are crowded! Yesterday night and internal memo was leaked, that the organizers might be planning for an additional event to incorporate all participants. Rumors are, that about 20 more coaches are needed to kick off an additional tourney. So ready your TR150 team and join. Else you might regret missing the first event, when the others are already gaining points.
Update!
Through a blunder in the administration, the application lists have leaked! A lot of big names are there and most of the teams look top in shape. In addition over 100 coaches have already applied! |

More news from the Tour HQ:
A leaked memo issued by PurpleChest himself - intercepted by our reporters - states, that there might be a 4th tourney, even if the 128 applications are not reached! Apparently 4 tourneys with 31 teams and one lucky freebie winner are acceptable. Though we still try hard to make the 128 in the last hours of application. |

The tour has kicked off with 128 teams - a great start for the season. At the moment the field is really close together, so I won`t post the scores yet. Instead for all the statistics fans I present you the racial distribution:

The favorite race - and one of the most successful so far - are the undead. No big surprise there. 19 teams, meaning 15% of all teams are undead, they lead the list by a big margin and the choice seems to be the right one, as they are also the race with the second most points per team so far. On average every undead coach scored nearly 4 points. Only orc coaches are more successful so far with 4.5 points per team.
We will see how this changes, with more matches played. Stay tuned! |

Is it required that you enter the same team that you played in the first event? It's not quite at the right TR so I'd have to play a bunch of matches first (and don't really have time for that). Otherwise, I have another team sitting pretty at 175... |

Because it actually said "Fumbbl Tour TR 175 is accepting applications from April 14", which means applications open on April 14, not before. |

The second tour is nearly over and Vaclav has taken over the top by winning the primary division tournament this time, where he had lost in the final in the first tour event. This bring him to a total of 36 points and gives him a commanding 9 point lead on PurpleChest, who was eliminated in the third round by Flix this time.
So for the next tour event, all eyes are on Vaclav, if he can hold his lead, with 13 other coaches having the potential to claim the top in the next tourney. |
