Finally! After an exciting game against chaos dwarves Cult of Owlbear has completed the cycle. Due to the pain they are in contention for the Red Badge of Courage. 10 casualties in the last two games sees them shooting up the table. |

Twin Peaks Wood Walkers have also completed the cycle. 15 CAS in the last 2 games (not counting an extra game that won't be factored into my season scoring) also has me in very real contention for the Red Badge of Courage - 38 if I have counted correctly! Of those 15, 2 were RIPs (both Wardancers) and 5 were permanent SIs (all to skilled players).
Have a good laugh at the exciting 5 journeymen sequel to this memorable episode! The real comedy is that the 2 non-perm SIs and about half the BHs were to Journeymen. Those kooky woodies  |

Since ELF at core is about encouraging teams to try and play all comers, can we start recognizing futility by awarding a prize to the box team that plays the most games without actually completing a cycle? |

E.L.F. Season XXVI – Week 5
This season of the ELF runs from 2011-03-15 through 2011-05-04.

El Drizzto and the Gang, Dark Elves, are still the highest scoring Black Box team and once again are now the highest scoring team overall! They’ve taken a two-point lead over last week’s leader, Vailwynd Valiant's, Ranked High Elves. Hawkheim Harlequins, Ranked Pro Elves, are in 3rd place just a bit outside 400 points.
Dark and High elves each hold 2 Categories. Wood Elves hold onto one while the Pro Elves are still shut out.
Two new teams share the lead in the Casualty Challenge. Elfukai and Til the Death, both Wood Elves playing in the Box, both have inflicted 20 in their scoring matches. Brutal!
Twin Peaks Wood Walkers, Ranked Wood Elves, have suffered 38 casualties in their ten scoring matches so far and continue to lead all teams for the Red Badge of Courage.
Til the Death, in Box, and Twin Peaks Wood Walkers, in Ranked, both complete the cycle for the Wood Elves. Cult of Owlbear finish up their ten in the Box for the Pro Elves. Great job! Will Week #6 add more Ranked or Box teams to the list?
