Woot we not only survived (though appropriatly maimed of course) but managed to win our qualifier!

Dear Fumbblers, while all the fans are waiting on the island of Ulthuan for the finals, drinking the famous warm ale of the high elves and eating exotic food with mint flavour (the poor lions....), let´s take a look at the races that made it so far.
The Dark Qualifiers brings the usual suspects to the finals, so far:
2 Dark Elves
1 Chaos
1 Orcs
1 Chaos Dwarves
1 Skaven
and still to be played
Dark Elves vs. Chaos Dwarves
Dark Elves vs. Khemri
The Light qualifiers are abit different, with two forlorn races ready to show the bloodbowl community they dont want to be forlorn anymore.
2 Pro Elves
1 Humans
1 Wood Elves
1 High Elves
And to be played
Humans vs Humans
Amazons vs Pro Elves
Wood Elves vs Lizardmen
This means Pro Elves and Humans have two teams each in the finals, at least !
The question is who is gonna stop all those pimped darkies from the other qualifiers, though!?? |

Well FUMBBL fans we had a great qualifier with a lot of upsets, suprises, OT matches, some familar teams making a run and a few new bloods making the maindraw.
It should be a very exciting main draw. So here are the 16 teams that punched, ran, dodged and beat down their opponeets for one of the coveted laterns.
 Extraordinary Brotherhood
 Ultimate Mr Men

 Mega Mans minis
 Rata Blanca
 New Hope United
 Stand Free
 Popes of Mope
 Ulthuans Starforce
Lifrig-pool's Kopite Kings

Soaring Hawks
It should be interesting to see how the maindraw breaks down. Who will get an advantage from the draw and who will get the short end of the NUFFLE stick?
Only 3 bashers and a boat load of Dark elves, wood elves and pro elves in the main draw. 2 champions of Humanity have a chance and it probally will come down to the draw to see if they have a good chance to finally win a Major for humanity.
As allways we have a sneaky Skaven team running around and only 1 High Elf team that will play for pride of the motherland and show up all those other elf teams.
Will this be the tournament that the Brotherhood finally reclaim their form and compete for another majors title?
Will PeteW's return to ranked majors once again end with him holding another trophy?
How many more pro elves have to die before they realize they are cannon fodder in majors?
and last but not least we have a orc team just pulling worms out of the dirt and just trying to be ignored. And some Bull Centaurs chilling in the corner drinking some tankards of ale with some gloomy looking dwarfs. Both these teams are laying low and playing up the underdog card big time.
So lets here what you think. Who are the pre draw favorites and who are the teams that will be lucky to just win their first match? |

An official Ruling had to be made.
Dolls team 'Popes Of Mope' had not completed post game, nor applied to the finals group page, nor accepted the invite to the finals page.
Their place therefore falls forfeit.
Only 1 losing qualifier finalist had applied to the main group page (despite the Tournament info inviting them all to) and hence the placee was taken by:

Just finished the game in a hurry yesterday and didn't realise the draw was on the same night. Still, my own damn fault. Enjoy the UI, I'll be watching. |
