E.L.F. Season XXVII – Week 3
This season of the ELF runs from the 10th of May, 2011 through the 30th of June 2011. All times BB time (CET).

Top two spots didn’t change from last week with Wild Dragons, Boxing Wood Elves, still in 1st place and E.L.F. You in the Box, also Boxing Wood Elves, sitting in 2nd place. Last season’s Champion, Vailwynd Valiant's - Ranked High Elves, were replaced in the 3rd spot by yet another Boxing Wood Elf team, Elfukai. In case you’ve lost count, that’s three Wood Elves and three Box teams filling out the top of the standings!
Rano Raraku, playing in the Box, took over Category B for the Dark Elves. That leaves the Wood Elves with 3 categories and High Elves with one. Still waiting for the Pro Elves to make some noise!
In the TouchDown Challenge, Wild Dragons remain 11 scores ahead of the 2nd place E.L.F. You in the Box. Can anyone else put some serious points on the board?
For the Red Badge of Courage Wild Dragons now share the lead with woodland fawns, Ranked Wood Elves, as both have suffered 38 casualties to share the “honor.”
Two more cycles completed in Week #3 as 7 teams so far have played all 10.

E.L.F. Season XXVII – Week 4
This season of the ELF runs from the 10th of May, 2011 through the 30th of June 2011. All times BB time (CET).

Last season’s Champion, Vailwynd Valiant's, Ranked High Elves, not only climbed back into the top 3 but made it all the way into 1st place! Wild Dragons, Boxing Wood Elves, did not increase their score from last week and now sit only 6 points back in the 2nd position. Rano Raraku, Boxing Dark Elves, took over the 3rd spot while still needing a Category C game to fill out their cycle and will surely be climbing higher if they can find that opponent.
We’ve got a two-way tie for Category C and a 3-way tie for Category D as every race now owns at least a share of one Category. It’s shaping up to be a great competition!
Wild Dragons earlier in the season set a new record point total for Category E with 72 points. A belated “congrats”!

Yay, we're in the lead! I expect it won't be for long though, the Valiants are bound to pass us by optimizing categories in the late part of the season.
It took us 42 effing games to complete the cycle this season! The other categories were complete by game #10, and then we hunted game #2 in the Undead category for another 32 games! In the end, the category breakdown is A-6, B-10, C-5 (of which 4 are Necro), D-10 and E-11. Weird distribution.
I'm OK with 395 points for the season, around 400 points should be a reasonable goal for a Box team. I think Reisender's 421 points from last season will be hard to beat (I would need a reliable OTS threat for that).
