No, that's a rhetorical question.

I'd ignore it and go for Sure Hands, you need Sure Hands asap!

I voted Side Step, on the grounds that the cagers matter as much as or more than the carrier.

SH is such a waste on a player who shouldn't be picking up the ball ever.

Take SS and be ecstatic about it.

lol, what a load of....

The only weakness CDs have is their ball handling is terrible (well that and Blizzards), you need 2 ball carriers in a developed team imo, a BC one and a back up Hobgob imo, your chaos dwarves can cage/screen perfectly well.

the most important thing on a CD early on is developing a ball carrier.

thats just not true. 75% chance pick up

All good Chaos Dwarf team use Bull Centaurs as a ball carrier unless they get a stat freak hobgoblin.

Its chaos dwarf 101 to use the Bull Centaur as the ball carrier, as they are St4, the fastest players you have, and when they get BT they dodge on a 2+.

there are many other reasons why they are the best ball handlers but I cant be bothered to go through them all now.

Hobgoblin ball carriers are okay and you can go that way if you like but BCs are faaaaaaaar better.

here is the last time i used CD in the box - http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=656217

only ever used the bull centaur in that team.

If you look around I'm sure you will see this is the way to go.

Its a lot harder to play a CD team that carries the ball on the Cent; I voted SH but you can go SS and do SH next time. Burn a few RRs in the meantime on pickups, and avoid those wood elf - Strip ball teams if you dont mind losing :-9

So, its all down to better team later or better team immediately.

Avoiding certain teams is hard in the box. On a normal skill i would take sh without thinking. What tempts me is that i got a double...

yar,

but there are no doubles that are really worth skipping SH for.

SS is great and slightly better than SF, but you can get SF anyway for cheaper and you really need SH now, it is a long way till his next skill.
