Three Die Block Highlander League on FUMBBL!
OK, babee, Season III(EDIT: Season VI!  is slated to begin in a month and a bit or so - after we have our KO Playoff round starting this weekend-on!
We are on the lookout for new Alternate Coaches for team-building and once sorted, it's SO on!

Unfortunately, there is now only one...3DB Highlander League, that is.
With time being a huge commodity in lesser and lesser abundance, we have let loose HLII off into pasture.
That said, HLI is still vibrant with a few coaches from HLII on the waiting list.

FuMBBL Highlander League Rules:
I. Game Weeks = 2 full weekends/weeks.
This is so 'there can be only one'...excuse for not getting games played: The "I suck, so award a forfeit to my opponent" one!
FUMBBL does not do forfeits AT ALL for SPP's or Winnings so get those games in!
Even if you have to play 10 minutes per day for a week, it means you played the game which is what this league is about!
Well. That and Fun!
Don't make this less fun for your potential opponent!
Each Game Week topic/message will list the Week # as well as a date range so everyone will know how long they have to get their games under wraps.
One of our gentleman's agreement rules is to be the first to admit your unavailability if in a situation where a Forfeit needs to be entered.
We literally have the best Coaches in this regard, being open to alternate schedules, etc. besides having a game week that includes two weekends every Rnd.
II. Post-Match Sequence(IMPORTANT!).
Please endeavour to get your post match sequences done after every game is played!
While it seems FUMBBL, itself, has a culture of points-shaving before each game, this is the 3DBlock Highlander League, babee!
The Big-Time!
Don't scout out your next opponent to deny them a tiding or two against you - you're an awesome, tactical genius of a Coach and don't need to sink to that level!
'Play the game and not the system' and you'll see how much more fun BloodBowl is!!!
If this seems to be a continual problem you may end up with a Forfeit Loss for your next match, so this is serious business being all honourable and stuff...
III. Standings Ties(tie-breaker).
In the event of a Tie for Standings Points, the tie-breaker shall be calculated thusly:
Total TD Differential + Total Casualty Differential.
IV. Inter-Division 24-Team KO Playoff.
At the end of the 7-game season, we will take the all 24 teams - based on points(and using the aforementioned tie-breaker if there is a Standings Tie) - to seed teams against one another: 1-24, 2-23, 3-22, etc.
It should be noted that this is strictly for fun(Promotion and Relegation get decided in the Regular Season!) and to play up/establish rivalries that have occurred over the season and future seasons!!!
That and to see whom can claim that their team is truly a Highlander team!

This is a tentative schedule when it comes to Game Week ending dates.
If all games in a Week get completed early, we can roll things forward(assigning Forfeits, etc.) and keep the season moving at a brisk pace!

Rounding up our 3rd season and have a bunch of Alternate Coaches but always on the lookout to add to this list for upcoming seasons.

As we fly down the pipe, we will try to get games done every 10-11 days though this is a trans-Atlantic League.
KO Round II = March 21-31
KO Round III = April 1-10
KO Round IV = April 11-20
Final = April 21-30 |

Season IV details are being put together, and so this is just a bump to queue up a few good Alternate Coaches that will be contacted either during the next season, to be, or towards season end where some folks end up churning in or out.
Come one, come all...after Huff and a few coaches we have on our brief waiting list. |

If anyone is interested, our KO Tournament Final has Season I grudgematch foes Moldiest Oldies(Coach: yours truly) vs Former Adventurers(Coach: Matasar) going at it for Fame and Glory!
The MO's sorely want revenge for a late TD that should have been their own...
