You need to add a colspan to the agents lost th to make it span multiple columns.
Also, the image you use should be over a https link. You can upload it to FUMBBL as we support accessing images over https (and automatically switch). |

That is because the image is not hosted on a secure location. Upload it to fumbbl and use that link. |
