1. While the new divisions seem like a good idea, what has prompted this in the first place? There seemed to be very few complaints in the forums about cheating and abusing etc.
2. Will division X now be ranked or unranked, or will teams still be able to choose one or the other here? (Or will division X continue to survive?)
