Hello all,
We'll be running the NAF Championship in Nottingham again this year. It is the biggest individual Blood Bowl tournament in the whole wide world, and draws coaches from all around Europe and usually one or two from further afield. Last year we had 158 coaches. If you have ever thought about dipping your toe into the TT scene this is the place to do it! We try to make the event a great big Blood Bowl party, and it's a great place make new friends and catch up with old ones (including many FUMBBLites).
Don't worry about models, somebody will be happy to lend a team if you don't have what you need.
Without further ado I'll move on to the official stuff :
We are happy to announce the dates for the 2015 NAF Championship as the 23rd and 24th of May 2015. This is a Bank Holiday weekend. The event will again be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.
Last year's event was not just the biggest individual Blood Bowl tournament in the world, but also the biggest single system tournament of any game in the UK. This is a party you do not want to miss!
Tickets are on sale now, and will again be priced at £55.00. Please send your money via PayPal to theNAFchampionship@gmail.com including your full name, contact email address, NAF username and number.
The rules pack can be found here : http://www.thenaf.net/downloads/NAFC2015.pdf
We will again be running the Best Painted and Duel competitions.
We have managed to negotiate extra discounted rooms at the adjacent Orchard Hotel for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We sold out our allocation last year so hopefully we can squeeze in a few more Blood Bowlers for that fantastic breakfast! Once you have purchased your ticket I'll send along the details of how to book. Rooms will be £60.00 for a twin / double or £50.00 for a single, but we ask that people buddy up if at all possible so we can fit in as many of you as possible.
Cheers
