Sure - it just needs a dedicated coach to take care of it. It's not even that much work, I think.
I love the bounty hunting and it's a nice community thing to do (killing someone for money, you know).  |

I'd happily maintain a thread or section on bounties if there's enough interest.
I don't really contribute much beyond occasional cash and playing a fair bit at the moment, so I probably owe the site some payback |

I'm sure we'd have a wave of new bounties being set, if bounty hunting would be made more public again. |
