I was looking at the Southern Wastes League and remembered how tough it is to get matches in a league done when you have players in vastly different time zones. Southern Wastes has cured this by only having Aussies play.
This leads to my idea. How about a league with three divisions...(or more) North America, Europe, Australia, and whatever is needed. Have the divisions play amongst themselves for a few weeks and have the division winners play each other for the Cup.
Or have I missed a tourney that already does that?

There's also Hovring's World Cup 2065 league. Same deal; local divisions with winners qualifying for the finals... it's all human teams and is set in the future of the real world. |
