Any idea what I should take?
Following a sterling performance, Xltox (http://www.fumbbl.com/p/player?player_id=11484826) has skilled up.
I rolled double fives.
What should I take?

A Blodge Saurus is a good call. Will be especially useful if he later gets Break Tackle.

Blodge is the standard response. If I get a doubles as a first skill, Dodge is what I would select followed by break tackle (st4, ag4 dodge... great for blitzing/marking. You then pick wressle to make a sacker.).

Other ideas "leader" (but only after block). Kick if you play a lot of dwarfs. (only after block).
You can also think diving catch and hope for an ag+ in future to make a scoring saurus..... but do this on the 5th or 6th saurus.

I would choose +Move or Diving Tackle. But dodge is not a bad choice..

SideStep is good, too, especially if it already has Block and Guard

DivingTackle on a Saurus is great (and surprising), but most times I only take it on a second double

but still, dodge is the standard choice for a reason

I think I would have taken MA, but dodge is really solid.

Just that MA7 saurus helps a lot as your safety since even with break tackle, these guys often need to run around a bit more than you like, and avoiding gfis is a good thing.

If it were the first skill instead of the second (after block) then I think dodge is a no brainier though. but could even skip it completely just for block, because sauri are one of those positionals who don't need doubles or stats to still fill out and be beastly (block/guard/mighty blow/stand firm/tackle/break tackle).

+MA as there is a massive jump between 6 and 7 as it lets you cover the whole board as a sweeper.

Dodge is a good choice (goes well with break tackle next, then tackle... some will say MB comes next, but I personally think frenzy then Stand Firm does... part of the reason I am not a huge dodge fan is that I think I would prefer that build to have juggernaut than dodge)

Diving Tackle is another excellent choice (progression goes: tackle, stand firm, guard, mb)

But honestly Saurus don't need doubles like many other positionals do. You can build them just as good with G and S skills.

Finally, stay away from side step. Some people like it okay. But I don't. Stand Firm is nearly as good but does not require doubles.

Xlkai here just rolled doubles (no statups).
What should I take?
Edit: due to some peculiarities with the team, Saurus are used in a purely defensive role (can't blitz or leave their own half.)

Still dodge if you are building for the long term.
