Seems to be mainly my faction teams suffering this ill fate but sheesh.

I cause a touch more casualties to my opponents then they do to me on an over all scale so its not like I'm giving up to many blocks unless a bad luck streak forces me to.

Seems my faction teams end up taking on a higher rate of RIPs over my other teams in other divisions.

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=111826

(Pro Elf) 14 BH / 9 SI / 8 RIP (Add 3 more RIP to missed dodges) .... 19 games

This team has to rebuild again after a 2 BH / 2 SI / 2 RIP game against another Pro Elf team after rebuilding from a 3 RIP game causing them to lose the following 3 games playing larger teams till they could field a full team. But hey here we go again. Smile

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=102924

(Chaos Dwarf) 12 BH / 9 SI / 7 RIP .... 22 games

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=103835

*Note: High SI rate for this team.

(Skaven) 9 BH / 12 SI / 3 RIP .... 19 games ... I did to my opponents 20 BH / 13 SI / 10 RIP

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=120922

(Skaven) 4 BH / 1 SI / 4 RIP .... 4 games

Well these skaven play in faction too: Warpfurt Galaxy
They suffered 10/8/7 in 13 matches.
But it can happen in unranked too. Look these vampires: Crimson Juicers
They suffered 25/23/10 in 19 matches.

The statistically expected result in casualities should be 50% badly hurt, 33.3% seriously injured and the remaining 16.7% killed.
No modifiers or armour values has influence on this. Even big guys and stunties are bound to the same rules in this case, aren't they?

You'd think so since no modifiers other then dice rolls effect this.

When you have few games, such deviances are to be expected. It get's more intersting when the numbers start rising and you still have weird numbers:

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=63873
Cas: 31/19/10 - 12/17/8

Note how my caused cas are an almost perfect example of how it should look. I should also point out that this team was really lucky in the first part of it's career and got 80% badly hurts, so it's been tough lately! (rmy opponents are of course usually worse off though. Wink).
The most horrific sequence of this teams history is when an opponent made two consecutive blocks that killed a block/guard beastman (failed apothecary) and then directly followed it up with the death of a block/guard chaos warrior!

I've experienced the opposite.

This team: http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&showmatches=1&team_id=121971

They've suffered greatly at the beginning, but mostly BH, now its started to look more even'd out. Like its supposed to be. I haven't seen anything different in the last couple of games in terms of casualties.

You know there's always a lot of RIPs this time of year. I think it has something to do with the upcoming Halloween, or just the Fall depression I hear so much about. I'm sure it will go down by the time the Christmas spirit kicks in.

Shinan, I got to ask: What is the view of a nationalistic Swedish-speaking Finn on his country?

I love it. And the Finnish speakers may say what they want but the country is mine just as much as it is theirs.

Not to mention my dislike of Sweden surpasses that of most Finnish-speakers 8^) (After all any Finn's nationalism is determined by how much they want Sweden to lose in ANY sport Smile

hmm havent played with these guys in a while but anyway faction necros

19 games Caused 30/23/12 taken 11/12/4 (totals 41/35/16)

so as you can see high cas has always been in faction (although in this case my team caused a lot of the cas rather than taking them)

Another good example of how it evens out with more games - my necro team Earth Dwellers
28 (30/24/11 - 27/8/2)

Let me put it this way.. Adding up all my faction teams you have..

39 BH
31 SI
25 RIP

((64 games!))

How much over time can you get?

Are you telling me it should be a common occurance to have high RIPs early on and that "average" can only happen over time? If so how much time is needed to average out?
