Ogres and trolls are (in general) more reliable than mino's, and w/o frenzy they can be much easier for inexperienced coaches to plan out assists for that second block. However, on a chaos team you can already have 4 str 4 guys to act as reliable semi-BG's, and every sinle member of your roster can blitz as a str 4+, so chaos have far less reliance on a BG than many other teams with access to one. Thus I would go with a mino--blitzes stronger (to blitz opposing BG's), and has access to mutations. Sure, it requires a double roll which an ogre/troll would use for your standard block/tackle rolls now, but a chaos team is built around random attributes on its players adding to a greater team strength, and your mino can usually advance far faster with access to rsc/tentacles than can a mere MB ogre/troll.

Troll -- 9AV/Regen allows him to be the "best" LOS (Line of Scrimmage) fodder, but his stupidity can be annoying at times.
Ogre -- 9AV, Bonehead instead of Really Stupid, +MA/+AG over Troll allows him to be abit more mobile.
Minotaur -- 8AV, Frenzy/Horns able to mutate. Best big guy regarding potential to murder, just keep in mind he's easily injured at times.

The Ogre is better because he has bone head instead of Really Stupid or Wild Animal, which means that an Ogre possibly will do more stuff in a game.

Big guys are linefodder, therefor trolls and ogres. Ogres because I prefer the reliabilty.

You kinda need big guys with bashers though in ranked. Otherwise the opposition is gonna be able to outstrength you, because lets face it everyone takes big guys.

Big guys are like a big stone in the way of your opponent. They can just stand without doing anything and create some trouble to the other team.

I bloody hate minos but would take one on a Chaos team just for the sheer fluff value. They work thematically.

Trolls for the regen so i dont have to worry as much when he gets injured although the RS can be annoying at times he is usually just a mobile wall

I think another pro for the Ogre would be Thick Skull. I know my Troll gets knocked out more than I'd like. Thick skull keeps your idiot on the field.

Absolutely the mino - I actually find it more reliable than the other two bg - My mino doesn´t roar as much as the trolls are stupid or the ogre´s bone head takes controll Wink
