I'm certain, that this has been debated before, but I just cannot get anything out of the search-function, so please bear with me on this.
I just got my just double on the skill roll (ever!!!) on a rookie DE blitzer. I don't know what to take. Plz give me some advice.
Im thinking on giving him dauntless, mighty blow or jump up. Any comments on those choices?
An alternative is to bevelop him into a catcher by giving him NoS. What about that?

Nos would be a comeplete waste, that's for sure.
Personnaly, I'd give him guard, especially since you have none so far in the team.
Can never get enough guard, I spend almost every double on guard with any of my elven teams.
dless or mighty blow would be fine choices also however.
Wouldn't give jump up since both witches will have that, and a variety in skills is good. |

Elves cannot have enough Guards.
GUARD all the way. For EVERY double.  |

Can't U have to much guard. Im going to give allmost every linemen, who gets a double guard? I what to be able to make sure, that any weakling, who are dumb enough to fall over, gets injured, but maybe thats not the way to go with elves? |

Nope. especially in teams that don't have strength access. Guard is a skill that increases in value the more players that have it. |

Mighty Blow is useful on a Blitzer, but give guard to any lineman who gets a double.
Blodging guard sidestep linemen are unbelievably great. |

MB is very useful for an elven team, especially against AV 7 opponents. It also works quite well with only a single player having the unskill - it just means that he will be making most of your blitzes. Guard is also a tremendously useful skill for elves. It is better in numbers, but it's still quite good even if only a single player has the skill.
I would definitely say to get MB if you already had a couple of guards. However, you don't. As it is, either guard of MB would work well. I prefer MB on blitzers and guard on linos.
If you choose guard, be sure to get dodge as quickly as possible. Guard has a tendency to kill it's possessors, but blodgers will survive longer. |

Guard if you play mainly S3 teams. If you play a lot of bash teams then Dauntless is very good too. |
