Having trouble finding matches for your Unranked Dwarf team?
Sign your dwarves up to the Dwarfbowlers' Union for dwarf vs dwarf matches in which high-risk plays are the only way to legitimately score!
Alternatively, just sign up a team to register yourself as a member of the brotherhood of progressive-minded Dwarf coaches.
(This thread will double as the DBU match report/discussion/etc thread as and when we begin to sign up members and see some matches played.) |

11 votes: that means at least 11 people who think ball-playing Dwarves are the best thing since sliced Goblin. Yet only one application so far to join the DBU!
Come on, it doesn't take that long to get a team approved! We Dwarf coaches must unite and work together to defy the evil forces of the Blood Bowl world! |

There is no more elegant sight in Blood Bowl than that of a Leap-(l)ing dwarf!
What about chaos dwarves?
Wanna see it!
Any reference?
on the other hand there are many negative selections indeed... |

Like Gnomes? Sorry... flashback. Anyway, it does look like a very amusing idea and I would personally like to spectate a few of those games. Come on all you dwarf coaches out there, get off of your high horse of slow play, the boring grind, show what these squat little guys can really do. |

I'm not sure, but I think what you are saying is that Leap-ing Dwarves are rarely seen, and that Dwarves tend to play with a negative strategy (?).
This is exactly the point of this group: to encourage more varied Dwarven play. Think of us as the inverse of the E.L.F., if you like.
PS - Chaos Dwarves can clear off. Not welcome! |
