X-Files in the box!
If the blackbox had a Eugene Victor Tooms, who would he be?
A man who disappears regularly, only to later re-appear under another name and continue exactly where he left off the time before.

A creature of habit, he's unable to shake the trappings of former identities, and he retains the same habits, idiosyncrasies and, despite his best efforts, has exactly the same outwardly appearance.

He's been around forever, under various guises, and occasionally cracks in the disguise show - an admittance of knowledge he "shouldn't" have, a reference to a former life, or even a flat out admittance of a past identity.

How long exactly? Well, he's won tournaments and qualifiers, had/has multiple potions, retired more teams than plenty have ever played. And yet... Every so often, he decides he'd rather go back to rookie, start again, with just that straight 0% winrate... after all, you can only improve from there, right?

And so it goes. Games with a new name, a new face, claiming to be inexperienced with the races he's used hundreds of times before, taking his time, 3min per turn is not uncommon for a man with over 2000 games. Picking the brains of people he faces, asking them their opinions on races they're good with - to what end? His style never changes - he is an unashamed, unrelenting, conservative by nature, cas-hunter who's basic playstyle is centric towards 2-1, 1-0 or 0-0. And he does play for the tie.

Who could he be? Perhaps your next opponent. Maybe the last you faced. Perhaps that emerging star or rookie who crushed you wasn't actually a rookie... but a man who's maintained a solid 60+% winrate over most of his accounts for the past few years in the box.

The truth is out there... ;)

Recent experiences have rendered me a convert to this mad theory.

I want to believe!

Tooms. Long-time-no-see, where ya been?
Low metabolic rate - that explains 3-4 minute turns with only 6 players.
