Come on. The scheduler can bite me. I would have came ahead much further if I conceeded this last game....

I essentially lost my 2 str 4 players (1 from the crowd, the other from a foul. This game was a farce. Start the game at a 160TV, coming out at 131 with 6 loners. Having to "play" through this match makes a person not want to play at all.
And only 10K in winnings....

Whenever you sign up for a draw; matches you don't want to play are a possibility. Either that's OK, or there are other divisions to play in.

Being surfed and being fouled do not seem to relate to the TV difference. Haven't watched the game but I will do. It's not like they were cpombed which is usually the culprit in high TV Nurgs.

OK. First off, I really do not pixel hug. If I have pixels with good stats I do like to keep them around, though I usually use my Apo on a BH or KO to keep me in the game. I will sacrifice whoever is necessary to win or remain competitive.
My entire complaint is the draw. Sure we can post up those results where someone was diced and kicked the crap out of a team they had no business but more often than not, this will be the result. The only reason my player was surfed was because of a couple bad dice and the position I was in because of the draw.
I play in the box because I enjoy playing bloodbowl and in ranked you sit in the damn gamefinder forever, unless you fancy playing games like the one I just had, then you are in like flynn. Or if you want to play some elfball, that's always easy too. I have been trying to complete the grid with my dark elf team but can not find an ogre or fling team. My team does not even have a tackle since cloggy took care of both of them with his norse....
I hear everyone talk endlessly about league but my schedule honestly sucks really bad to get into a league since I generally work 2000 to 700 bbtime. Right in the heart of the busy times.
I write these things because I know I am not the only one that feels this way. I am one of the few that will put myself out there and voice their opinion. Yeah, we hear it from the same individuals over and over to quit complaining, maybe go play something else. Play flings and be happy your players are getting smashed. But honestly the fling coaches are the pickiest of the pickers. Otherwise, you do not have positive win records playing with them. But I am OK with flings picking, it is kind of expected unless you are The Great Gobbo and fancy masochism. That is until I see one of our resident fling "experts" riding someone to not think it was their skill that won them the game but the dice. What? A fling coach ridiculing someone because he lost?
The teams I enjoy playing are Dwarfs and High Elves. I do well with Dwarfs and have some pretty good defense. My High Elves just get obliterated and my poor record shows. I am working on my

Maybe the answer is to merge ranked and box...see what the results are, see if mass amounts of people leave the site because they can not play how they want. I just want to play some fair match ups, win or lose. Sometimes you will get smashed, sometimes you will do the improbable but I don't want to spend an hour having my team get destroyed because it was an unfair match-up and then have to spend 10 games trying to get a team back.

You're playing in the gloryhole division, what did you expect?
As for ranked, that is where true bloodbowl is found. You get what you bring. Only bring in dwarves and claw teams...only get dwarves and claw teams.

NerdBird can't play Ranked, because he only requests games against Stunty teams with his dwarves. He is forced to play box. He may not be a Pixel Hugger, but he is a filthy cherry picker. The guy avoids my normal teams like a girl avoids jimmyfantastic. But he does offer to play my Flings and Ogres on a regular basis,...... the sissy. XD
