Black Box scheduler
I do understand how does the scheduler works generally. But it is a real bummer when I am one of five coaches that activate at a lower usage time (04:00bbt for example) and none of us get a match made to play a game. I guess activating more teams would give us a better chance of making a good match but when you are trying to do a black box trophy run it can be a real bummer.

Set up a North American recruitment drive, more coaches = more matches.
