In preparation for our store's upcoming Blood Bowl League, starting on Tuesday, we had a mini get-to-know-you series of friendly games. 3pts for a win, 2 for a draw, 1 for a loss and bonus points available if you won the scoreline and/or the casualty numbers by more than 2.

No SPPs, Casualties magically heal, but the winner gets a Re-Roll added to their roster (assuming they use the same one as in this tournament) at the start of the League.

I went with Humans and...

Beat Gobbos 2-0, bonus point for 5 casualties.
Lost to Skaven 2-0.
Drew with Humans 1-1.
Didn't play either Dark Elf or Chaos Pact teams, who rounded out the 6-team group.

Ended up second, 3 points behind the Skaven player who won all three of his games. All in all very enjoyable and the simplicity and multitude of points available meant that 4 players had a decent chance of winning going into the third and final matches. Pleased to finish up second, and a great time was had by all.

Then out came my Flings and I flattened the Gobbo player 2-0 in a friendly game. Treemen versus Trolls = Splatted Trolls!
