The Lustria Antique tournament is an altered form of an old tradition by the lizardmen. With their mental power it has been highly debated all over the lustrian continent by the Slanns whether they should or shouldn't open it to the other races.

It was decided not to open it. But once, a pack of lizard that were in a quest for getting back an old slann artifact met a bunch of chaos players. They were going to fight, but the Spell that now rules the Old-world forced them to solve it on a pitch.

The chaos won, humiliating the lizards. They simply told that they were too busy by following Archaon's conquest to take care of little lizards, and that they should better hide in jungle as they always do.

The Slann, lord of those lizards and one of the powerfullest ever watched the scene wis his spellmastery. He sended a message to the Chaos servants:

"You feel satisfied to beat this lizard crew? You belong to the elite of your race but it has nothing to do with our bests. You feel proud? You, doomed, stand no chance in our old Lustrian Antique tournament. We, lizardmen, are not only the oldest race in this world, but also the strongest. Come here in Lustria if your goal is to prove me wrong."

The chaos players tried and lost. But hidden servants of chaos within the Empire spread the news. Empire wanted to show their skill and quickly every one wanted in.

The slanns, knowing that the powerfull spell was impossible to dispell, knew that refusing them in could lead to a conquest of their jungle.

They accepted but with no pleasure at all.


The lustrian Antique tournament follows some specifique rules:

A win counts for 300 points. A draw counts for 100 points. A loss for 0. Bonus points are added this way:
+10 per TD scored -10 per TD allowed
+1 per cas done -1 per cas taken.

Your team overall score will consist in (tournament score)/100 rounded up.

Every two round the two worst players in scores are taken out of the tournament (set as an open round robin). If two players have the same score, one is taken out randomly. The procedure continues until 4 players only are left.


how are matchups selected?

The teams plays versus the nearest unplayed team. Under some circumstances IT CAN happen due to teams eliminated that a player just has to play an opponent again. The tournament fillers teams are there to make it possible.

During the first round, you will play in TR order.

Sometimes you will NOT face the nearest opponent in points. This case can happen in order to keep free games for next rounds. It will be tried to be as even as possible.

When 4 players only are left they play the finals: Number 1 vs Number 4; Number 2 vs Number 3.

The winner of this last KO cup wins the title of the Lustria Antique tournament!

There will be 2 groups only TR 151+ and TR 150 and less. But we will try in the start of the tournament to keep the matching TR as fair as possible. However we can't give any guarantee about it.
