All the regional winner teams were invited on the "Hulabaloo Island Cup", taking place on an ideal paradise resort with spectacular landscapes, palm trees, beautiful native girls and - most essentially - shiny sand beaches practically screaming for some blood to be spilled onto. As the winning teams made ready for the long boat trip (preparations consisting mainly of purchasing holiday clothes and swimming gear, forgetting to pack any of the essential blood bowl equipment and making up imaginative mockery of the runner-ups), the losers had to their home regions and argue who gets to wash the dishes this time around. To have more time for chilling out and getting a nice suntan, the team leaders decided this Cup to be a single KO tournament: it's the fastest possible format and there's no bother to keep on playing once you're out of the final match.<br>

<b>SPECIAL RULES:</b><br>
All points from this tournament are halved.<br>
3rd spot is divided between the semifinal losers: no bronze match is played.<br>
Star Players - the stars are on vacation, too. No star players are available during this tournament (not even Goblin secret weapons).<br>
Wizards - Grudge League's standard rules for wizards apply.<br>

<b>AWARDS:</b><br>
Palm Beach Trophy - Given to the team which wins the tournament (a trophy picture to be displayed in team bio)<br>
1) Sixteen Beautiful Leis - Given to the two teams which participated in the single match with the most TDs made during the tournament.<br>
2) Palm Oil Massage - Given to the team with the highest fan factor at the end of the tournament.<br>
