Handicaps were Get the Ref 2 and something else that was crud.

My opponent had a shocking run of bad rolls at inopportune times that allowed me to steal the ball and score on 3 of his drives.

I was also helped by a Blitz and 2-3 Perfect Defence rolls as well.

I did have some horrid luck too, but it all turned good. On my 3rd turn, I rerolled a 2 dice blitz into double skulls and the field was wide open. My opponent sets up a score but then fails a GFI with his Thrower (failed RR too I think) and caused himself a serious injury (apothed). I ran at the ball, and tossed it deep out of range of my opponent with 3 Sexy players to try and run it down again and I was able to secure the 2-0 lead with that.

The game was still poised late in the first half when my opponent was threatening a score to take the game to 2-1 just before half time.

I managed to recover the ball, and a casualty from a block and then another with a foul on his leaping player, I was ran to the corner and hoped I would not get pushed out of bounds (he would need a 4+ Dodge and then two dice my choice if he also wanted a player able to score.

Instead he went for a revenge foul (fair enough) but was sent off on an unlucky 6.

Second half, my opponent had it tough with the Blitz and Perfect Defence roll.

I was again able to penetrate and steal the ball two more times. A great defensive play saw the Sexy As Amazons lose the ball temporarily. When the tried to recover it (3+ with reroll) they instead sent it out of bounds and back behind the line of scrimmage!

The Blaggards were unable to recover the ball and the Sexy tried a 5th TD but failed the 3+ catch (with RR) and the game was over.

Very unlucy match for my opponent with a lot of bad rolls coming early in his drive to let me apply the pressure and steal the ball.

The turn 8 block causing a RIP on his -MA Lino was also some extra bad luck to top off an already cruddy game for him and he left the game when it ended without saying goodbye.

Anyways, I wish his team a good luck in the future.”
