#6 Dusk – Dead (RIP)
“Hard-fought game with lots of little stories...
We kicked the ball and blitzed, scoring the 1-0. Then, a PI knocked down 4 high elves and 7 woodies, allowing Fiebi to score the 1-1 with ease. In the next drive, the wood thrower rolled snakes to pick up the ball and after a fight the haughty elves scored the 1-2. The Champions soon equalised 2-2 and, despite the ensuing injury time, managed to hold back the Mainzerers in defense.
The second half was a typical Orc vs Chaos game. There were crazy rebounds as no team could maintain ball possession for more than one turn. In the end, the force of numbers gave the victory to the Champions of Nature, but it could have gone to either team.”
