“My team was higher TR - enough to give away virus (missed a blitzer all game and only had 10 players) and bribe the ref (useless).

Things started well though - my blocking was reasonably good, and went 2-0 up thanks to opponent running out of luck (1 rr to start with).

A fine td by Klein (the miners) involving dodge, pick ball up and 2 GFI brought it back to 2-1, and the miners suddenly found their blocking gloves, knocking Orcs all over the place, though (thankfully, for me) no injuries.

The Troll Slayer died on a block, another player was BH and another SI (mng) which wasn't so good for the miners and thinned their numbers down so that the next 3 td were virtually unopposed, save that the last was from a blitz, so really I suppose the score should have been 4-1 without that. Lucky for me I suppose as I dropped my players down to 9 after a foul and sending off, to return an earlier foul.

So, a tough game for the Dwarves, but one I was nervous about from the start. I know Dwarves are hard nuts to crack, but when they got 1rr and no apo you have to give em a shot, and the shot for me came off.

Thx for the game Mongooses - I figured you'd want to batter me for the previous 2 games I played against you, but I guess it didn't turn out that way. Best of luck with the team.
