What a great first half. It was back and forth, with the rats losing the ball, then getting it back, then losing it, only to finally be retrieved by The Dart, who threw it to Nightfall for the TD!
The second half was a dog pile (or rat pile) for the ball. With a hopeful blitz, the DA's ended up with a little too much of an onside kick, so it was a touchback. but then they surrounded Cynder and tried to foul him with seven guys, to no avail. The rest of the team moved in, going claw to claw.
It could've been anyone's ball, but the Wizard Legion suddenly threw in the white flag (well, at one time it was white) and walked off the field, leaving the rats confused but happy.
A couple more concessions like that and these rats might just end up being a contender!
