“The Motley put ashore under heavy weather,running desperately low on provisions, everything from hard tack to fresh water was nearly gone. We sent out a party looking for a fresh water stream and any fruits or foodstuffs we could aquire.

We encountered a small group of goblins, this kind we had seen before, agile and shifty, but cowards mostly. Some of our men gave chase and were somewhat suprised when the gits led the group into a trap.

The trap was a valley where giants walked. The giants quickly mounted an attack and proceeded to tear into our crew.

First, <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=279146">Vaprak</a> was knocked out and then things really started to turn sour.
The giants surrounded us and continued to pound away, knocking out several of our crew, including badly hurting <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=306321">G'ozk Elftorturer</a>.

We fought back valiantly, trying to win our way back to the longboat, but were shocked when <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=266935">Peter Heaman</a> was killed and our ships doctor was no where to be found. He will have some explaining to do to the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=270600">Captain</a>.

The giants and there little git friends methodically plodded after us, trying time and again to surround us and finish us off.

<a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=269422">Wild Wilhelm</a> went beserk and started jumping up and down on anything that would get close enough to him, killing one goblin, seriously injuring another and even knocking out an ogre.

We barely made it back to the longboat and then back to the ship before the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=9295">hurricane</a> that we had narrowly avoided, came rolling back over us, making sure we weathered the storm in the cove and not on dry land.

Hopefully, our next stop we can get some provisions without getting too badly hurt.
