The rest of the game inbetween was a torment coupled with a steady stream of casualties and ko's, but its fighting all game only to run afoul of an ending like that that really messes with your head.

Due credit to SatansMechanic though. After our last couple of outings it appears he's lifted his game considerably - getting through his positional plays to the ball is alot more difficult than I remember.

3 Pts : Bitter Longing : Showed us how to pow blodgers. Buried our initial chances to steal the ball against the flow in turn 2 and never gave us a look in afterwards.

2pts: Bound and Pleading : Didn't do any cas, but you don't need to when you fill up the ko bins and you bury the fear of the wrappage so deeply within your victim's souls that they dont dare to hit the field again. So infectious was it, Verminacular Vendetta failed the pickup for a touchdown attempt in turn 15 and then tripped and broke himself trying to get away from B&P on the touchdown attempt in turn 16.
