“E&I thought they'd try to squeeze in one more bloody match before UMT starts up (whenever that may be), so they jumped at the chance to fight the rising stars of the necromantics, the RISING DEAD.
It was an awful first half for E&I. They did no damage and ended up with five of them in the KO box. Somehow the gods of chaos prevented the dead from scoring, but it wasn't because of the the excellent coaching of Lomion. A KO'ed zombie at the end of the first half would prove to be the first crack in the dam...
The choatic ones kicked off to the Rising Dead and ended up with a prefect punt into the endzone. Then E&I kicked it into unholy overdrive. They mobbed the two werewolves in the backfield, and Terro Samius took out the rookie werewolf. Then they knocked down the other one and keep that monster under constant cover. The beasties mananged to knock the ball away from their ghoul, but it ended up between the legs of the ST 6 (!!) flesh golem. In a heroic move to try and save the game, Mirug Kin dodged in, dove between the beefy legs, grabbed the ball and ran for the endzone! Brutus crippled a zombie and covered the rest. Kin would go in for the TD and win the game!
Lom played a great game. We each really had a half of good luck, I guess mine ended up being a little better. Perhaps too good! I earned so much money, I'm now over the cutoff for UMT! Guess I'll have to trim some fat... a position I'm rarely in!”
