I hired Ramtut, he hired the runesmith. Runesmith was rune of Stone - given to the aptly named Brotzkocken.

Dorfs recieved and started moving the ball patiently. Ended up a bit too close to the sidelines where a good play involving some nifty pushing and a BT blitz by Ramtut crowded the Ballcarrier by a secondary push. Ball was free in the middle of my half - just needed to block beforenamed Brotzkocken away, scoop up the ball and go for the Endzone but alas. Stand Firm really proved its value in this game, making me spend countless rerolls and a total of 6 dice on the Runner without getting him down. So i had to select a more conservative approach, just guarding the ball and waiting with the pickup.

Freakrunner happily dodges out of TZ's, grabs the ball and he stall it out - waiting for the half to end.

2. half - i am going for overtime and fielding the dp's to prove it. Excellent kick brings me out of position and some scuffles over the ball later he is guarding it - yup freakrunner again. Then i think i lost my concentration (Ramtut was fouled out as well - my bad) and the fat lil ones happily marched it downfield for the closing score.

Now, Melmoth achieved CR #1 with this game and he does play really well. But the best coach on FUMBBL wouldn't have let me do that chainpush play now would he...? Untill we meet again, Melmoth, i remain...
