I have to say, very little went wrong for me dice wise in the first half.

A fortunate POW on the wardancer brought the ball carrier down mid way through the first half when he was in scoring position. Successfully recovered the ball with my blitzer then deployed a nice safe screen for Moo Niu to run the length of the pitch unmolested leaving much of the woodie team prone and eatin the dust from his loverly hooves.
CAS's trickled in throughout and their was even the nice splish of a RIP on a gangfoul (apoth saved the elven thrower)
Moo Scored in turn 8 for a skill.

2nd half kicked off with the Kungpow team receiving and we got the ball relatively safe. Some good rounds of blocking later and the ball started moving down the flank with Evil Betty. I couldnt manufacture a good stalling position, although it was possible, and with eleven gangfouls on my guys left behind on the line of scrim (see the 2 MNG dwarves) i elected to score for 2-0 thinking i was relatively unlikely to concede twice...

Of course the elves scored quickly in 2 turns, i fumbled my pickup at the next kickoff and things got a bit naughty.
Having i thought safely caged the ball carrier though in my last turn, a crazy wardancer leaped off of the floor, dice against blocked for a double POW and the ball scattered clear of all but one tackle zone.
the remaingin wardancer then ran into the endzone, the thrower dodged out, picked up, dodged again... but the pass didnt stick!

2-1 to Kungpow!

No doubt i had the better of the dice in this, although it wasnt exactly 'a dicing'
The key rolls just went my way and attrition took its toll on elven numbers as planned.
