“Quite a few fans showed up for the second game between Sweetorcs and Valli's Vanir.
No handicaps to either team. Kolbeinn niggled out.
Well, wanted to get revenge on the norse but it started badly. Troll got MNG after a foul in the first turn. A few turns later my favorite player Polly was badly hurt. Luckily we managed to KO two of their guards which really helped us defend ourself. Still, it was a rerolled gfi that stoped the norse from scoring a TD, and not our playing.
Second half, and one of the Norse guards remained on the bench (along with Flingos). They are joined by another guard and Apen in the first turn, and it looks nice for the orcs. However, second turn we dont get any (ANY) norse down, fail to form a decent cage, and all of the sudden the game is on! Takes 3-4 blocks to get rid of side-step Ragnog and secure the situation in the following turn. Then it all seems like highway to a TD until we fail a handoff and Neraq does 3-4 dodges with TZ and gets the ball AND passes it to Bergstein, who later scores. Amazing!
This, my second game vs these pesky Norse, was really great! Spelledaren was the better coach this game too, deserved the win and pulled it off thanks to Neraq. Brownie, the player who recieved our MVP would like to dedicate the award to him, but Neraq: "watch your back next time".

Nerag was simply amazing. After such a performance one could retire, he's probably done his greatest match ever.
Crazy victory yay! Medals here I come!”
