“122000 came to see the third game between Sweetorcs and Valli's Vanir. The latter had won both encounters.

Handicaps for Valli’s were VIRUS (no niggled players) and EXTRA TRAINING.
No niggles, no stars.

Valli's Vanir start on offense, and successfully foul Mushroom-Snow (KO). We over-extend our defense, especially Truffle and have to rely on a lot of luck to blitz their ball-carrier Klasos who closes in on the TD. We get the ball but Bergsteinn soon gives it back to the Norse. Polly in turn makes the Norse drop it and for a while it seems as a game between the two st4blitzers Bergsteinn and Polly. Then another Norse player steps in: Varal blitzes Polly and Klasos gets the ball nicely and scores.

We are lucky breaking armour but get only stunned. Then we fail two sure hands attempts to pick up the ball. Third time I works. A bit short of time we run towards the TD-line. Polly is hard to stop and scores in the last turn.

Second half and although Nerag stays on the bench they still line up 11 for the defense. A bad kick gives the ball to our last Black Orc with only one skill. Poor positioning by me allows Tindalo (after being crowded earlier he felt an urge to hurt someone) foul Truffle with a KO as result. Both teams are successful getting people out and with our Troll being really stupid the most of the half is played 8 on 8. The norse defend bravely and we need a bit of luck to score.

Two turns left and the nine norse give it their best to tie it but fail.
Good and fun game. We finally beat the norse. Always a pleasure to play spelledaren!
