#2 Where Wereyou – Dead (RIP)

I was 94 TR and 66 TS down (I need the Asterix magic potion award for that!), last thing I needed was Nuffle putting his boot in too. I mean come on, an AG5 player throws for a 2+ completion for a td and gets 1, reroll 1?? Even the crowd thought he should have another go and throw the ball right back to him!!
Good game though, it was fun, and the orcs played well. Hopefully the dice will be kinder next time.

We win the toss and get one down in T1. Luckily the kick is nice and we are able to protect the ball. T2 is bad for norse, N DOrsement does a unsuccesful foul that is spotted, we then KO AG5-Cody Road. Next turn we KO one and mng another. Playing 11 on 7 the Norse still defend bravely, but we can score T6 leaving 3 turns for the Norse to tie it. They KO two of ours on the kick but our 9 remaining players can stop them for long enough with some luck. We forget about jump up, and they get a player into the scoring zone, but the pass goes out to the crowd who throws it back to the passer (!).
Second half and We lack Agent Desmond; Norse: First tough, Midnight Release and N. Dorsement. Second half is absurd. First couple of turns we kill one, mng another, Ko yet another. Norse fail most of their blocks resulting in early turnovers. Nuffle is really on our side.Then they do a great play but roll a double one on the pass that required a 2. This results in us getting the ball and badly hurting two more of their players. They do a great attempt at getting the ball but our ball carrier Agent Cooper refuses to go out to the crowd to sign autographs, instead he scores his second TD. The remaining eight norse players have 2 turns left but cant get past James Hurley to line up some recievers for the TD attempt. Instead Truffle again does a great and lucky pick up and pass for a third TD.

Fun game decided in the first couple of rounds each half, that is, when we were lucky to get rid of several Norse players. OUtmanned there really wasnt much coach EnglishJake could do. He still put up a great defense, and never complained about the bad luck he suffered. Good sport and hopefully he will kick my a-- next time ;).
