“A good matchup for these two understaffed teams and a good game all round.

On RedFish's first turn a gobbo killed himself trying to block a beast, thus using up his apothecary. My eyes turned to those big, burly ogres with greed .. wouldn't one of those heads look mighty fine on the team bio page!! Unfortunately it wasn't to be as I only knocked them down maybe 6 times in the whole game and my one ogre-foul only stunned :(

My beastmen managed to blitz around and put pressure on the ball early in the game and what followed was a sort of travelling brawl in and around the ball with a lot of 'ball scattering through the cartoon cloud of punching'. Eventually I managed to get the ball to one side with a few beastmen covering while the rest tied down the opposition and despite the ogres doing their best I was able to dodge away for the T7 TD.

Receiving in the 2nd half with all 9 Beasties (vs 8) and 1-0 up, nice! A cheating gobbo fan immediatly levelled things out with a thrown rock badly hurting one of the LOS beastmen, ow! I blitzed through a gap with 3 beastmen including the ball, hoping to get a 2nd TD early but the ogres defended well, continually getting ogres around the ball (and knocking down the beastman with it first obviously!) and despite twice being able to pick up right in front of an ogre and succesfully dodge away I never got too close to scoring (basically needed a bone head wasting a blitz to have a real chance) but equally the ogres weren't able to threaten to level the game either.

In the last couple of turns I managed to seriously injure a beasty dodging (apo'd) and then gobbo SillySod seriously injured another on the next turn, showing those admin ogres how it's done.
